HOW TO REFER
In ccLink:
1. Go to the MEDS & ORDERS tab: type "pain" in the search box and hit ENTER3. Click the Facility List tab and the Order Panels check box on the upper right.
3. This order panel hi-lighted in blue in the screen shot below will appear - select it, and select one therapy = one order.

*It's best to receive one therapy at a time so you're able to tell how much it's helping. Do not choose more than 2 therapies.
- If unsure of which therapies to select, REFER TO PAIN AND WELLNESS GROUP ONLY: a treatment plan including therapy selection will be created there with the patient.
- Patient will receive a letter in the mail or phone call to notify them of the appointment.

Pain and Wellness Group -download flyer
For anyone with chronic pain: ongoing, weekly group clinic with medical provider and psychologist. In a supportive community of others with chronic pain. 2 hours long. Differently weekly topics useful for managing chronic pain. Make positive lifestyle changes and learn self-care skills to live happier.

Acupuncture

1. How to Refer:

2. What and When: 8 weekly treatments with tiny needles to reduce pain and relax deeply. Also learn acupressure to do on yourself at home. Patient receives a phone call and letter regarding first appointment. MHC Thurs. 5-9pm – Robert Schick, D.C. & Kirsten Schick, D.C. in Building F, Rehab therapy room; and PHC Sat. 8 am - 5 pm.

Massage
1. How to Refer:

  • There are NO EXTERNAL massage referrals. Massage is not covered outside of CCRMC clinic.

Mindfulness & Movement Group - *New, NO REFERRAL NEEDED
Weekly, drop in sessions with meditation and gentle movement such as yoga and Tai Chi - to improve stress resilience and reduce pain. Improves flexibility, balance, strength, body-awareness and overall health. Great for chronic stress, chronic pain, mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
